Welcome

Only a ten minute walk from the town centre, and situated in a leafy avenue, Lavender Lodge is a local brick built villa from the turn of the last century.

About Us

Everywhere is within easy walking distance. Spalding offers good cosmopolitan, reasonably priced dining and excellent pubs, where local produce is usually featured. We have an interesting variety of specialist markets and exhibitions all year round attracting enthusiasts from a very large area.

Centrally heated and double glazed, the house retains its original
features and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

All of the bedrooms have en-suite or private facilities, colour television and coffee / tea making trays. There are also writing desks in all rooms.
We are disabled friendly and there is also an electric stair lift.

Enjoy a full and healthy English breakfast with all food and products sourced locally. As far as possible we are eco-friendly, without being mean!

The dining room overlooks the delightful garden that has colour all year round and is Teresa's pride and joy.  On a warm summer's evening you can picnic in style and privacy.

There are endless worthwhile and unusual pursuits for days out. The coastline at the nearest location offers superb walking along the sea defence banks, and wildlife of all sorts can be spotted on the marshes.  It is relatively unknown and off the beaten track. You are never far from the waterways and there is a choice of boat trips from Easter onwards.  As water taxis, in the town, they are a unique and inexpensive form of transport.
